Open questionnaires are listed here. The survey body stays in the language chosen when the survey was created and does not auto-translate with the site.
Surveys are used to improve site organization, article difficulty, and experiment material. They are not used to sell personal data or build advertising profiles. Questions that can stay anonymous are kept anonymous; when contact information is requested, the purpose is stated explicitly.
